Private Movement Sessions are individually designed to meet you where you are today. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, returning to exercise, managing chronic pain, improving balance, or simply wanting to move with greater confidence, each session is tailored to your goals.

Using one or more movement approaches—including Essentrics®, Tai Chi, Eight Treasures™ QiGong, and sometimes adds Aroma —we’ll create a personalized program that supports your body, your lifestyle, and your wellness journey.
