Aroma Movement blends mindful movement with the therapeutic use of pure essential oils to create a deeply relaxing, restorative experience for both body and mind.

Drawing from Suuz’s training as a certified Aromatherapist,  200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, certified Aroma Yoga® instructor, movement educator, and wellness practitioner, each session combines gentle movement with carefully selected essential oils to support mobility, emotional balance, stress relief, and overall well-being.

Every session is personalized. Depending on your goals, movement may include elements of stretching, Essentrics®, QiGong, Tai Chi, gentle yoga-inspired movement, breathwork, fascia release, or simple mobility exercises. The emphasis is never on difficult yoga poses—it’s about helping you move with greater ease while creating a calming sensory experience through aromatherapy.

What Makes Aroma Movement Different?

Essential oils are thoughtfully incorporated throughout the session rather than simply diffused in the room. They may be experienced through inhalation, warm aromatic towels during relaxation, gentle topical application (when appropriate), or guided breathing techniques.

These carefully chosen aromas help create an environment that encourages relaxation, mindfulness, emotional balance, and a deeper connection between body and mind.

What to Expect

Each session begins with a brief conversation about your goals, followed by a gentle centering exercise. Throughout the session, movement and aromatherapy work together to help reduce tension, improve body awareness, encourage relaxation, and support healthy movement.

Sessions often conclude with a peaceful cool-down using warm aromatic towels, guided relaxation, and calming essential oils, allowing both your body and nervous system time to fully integrate the experience.

Optional Enhancements

For longer private sessions, workshops, or specialty programs, Aroma Freedom Technique® may be incorporated to help release emotional blocks, clarify intentions, and support personal growth.

Who Is It For?

Aroma Movement is appropriate for almost anyone—from beginners to experienced movers. No yoga experience is necessary. Sessions are adapted to your comfort level, physical abilities, and wellness goals.

What Should I Bring?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. Layers are recommended so you can adjust for comfort during relaxation. Water is encouraged, and all essential oils used are selected with safety and individual preferences in mind.
