Once we understand why we smoke, we see other issues and our triggers.

Maybe like me, you were 16, rebelling & not sure how to cope, so you learned to divert your feelings and instead, smoke at someone. Maybe we realize those are no longer valid but have remained a comfortable habit. I base these sessions on American Cancer Society FreshStart program, and exactly how I stopped in 1989. The goal of this program is to help you prepare for a successful quit attempt. You will learn a lot from our sessions, no matter if quitting is easier or harder than you expected.
